## What We Built

An all-in-one web3 application to analyze, trade, and collect digital assets, powered by in-house real-time blockchain data infrastructure. Delivered high-quality, high-performance experiences across multiple major product versions to 1,000+ users.

* **Led product vision, roadmap, and execution** for the entire application, coordinating across product, design, and engineering
* **Defined, designed, and developed full-stack applications** powered by real-time blockchain data infrastructure, delivering multiple major product versions
* **Drove product strategy through data and research**: Conducted 50+ surveys and interviews to align with shifting market trends and user needs in the fast-moving, highly-volatile crypto market
* **Created logo, branding package, and modular design system**, reducing design and development time by 30-50%
* **Collaborated on backend infrastructure**, optimizing data queries and reducing blockchain index time from weeks to 24 hours
