- Implemented enterprise authentication flows and expanded role-based access control (RBAC), enabling leading European payments provider Worldline to provide streamlined access for their team and major F500 merchant clients
- Launched React Native SDK to support mobile integrations, driving broader adoption and developer enablement
- Created and guided instructional training sessions with 3 global partner companies, building product understanding and accelerating onboarding

How I approached enterprise delivery

Research & requirements
Worked directly with enterprise customers (like Worldline) to understand
their authentication and access control needs. Documented technical
requirements and compliance considerations.

Design & spec
Designed authentication flows and RBAC models that balanced security,
usability, and flexibility. Created detailed specs for engineering.

Partnered with engineering through implementation, reviewing designs and
testing flows. Ensured the solution met enterprise security standards.

Before my full-time role, I worked as a Product Manager Intern on the same team:- Scoped, designed, developed, and documented open-source apps to empower customers to extend Microsoft Fraud Protection for unique business needs
- Unlocked flexibility for customers with custom requirements, increasing adoption and reducing bespoke feature requests
- Created detailed documentation, instructional videos, and templates to guide users through setup and customization
