All-in-one web3 platform

What we built

An all-in-one web3 application to analyze, trade, and collect digital assets, powered by in-house real-time blockchain data infrastructure. Delivered high-quality, high-performance experiences across multiple major product versions to 1,000+ users.

Key accomplishments

  • Led product vision, roadmap, and execution for the entire application, coordinating across product, design, and engineering
  • Defined, designed, and developed full-stack applications powered by real-time blockchain data infrastructure, delivering multiple major product versions
  • Drove product strategy through data and research: Conducted 50+ surveys and interviews to align with shifting market trends and user needs in the fast-moving, highly-volatile crypto market
  • Created logo, branding package, and modular design system, reducing design and development time by 30-50%
  • Collaborated on backend infrastructure, optimizing data queries and reducing blockchain index time from weeks to 24 hours
Led the product vision and roadmap for an all-in-one web3 app. Defined features, prioritized development, and made strategic decisions based on: - User research: 50+ surveys and interviews with crypto users - Market analysis: Tracking trends in the volatile crypto market - Data: Usage analytics and performance metrics - Continuous iteration: Shipping multiple major product versions as the market evolved

Technical architecture (high-level)

Our infrastructure indexed blockchain data in real-time, storing it in a queryable format. This enabled users to analyze, trade, and collect digital assets with up-to-date information.

Challenges solved

Market volatility

The crypto market shifted dramatically during our time building. We continuously adapted our product strategy through user research and data analysis.

Performance at scale

Real-time blockchain data creates performance challenges. We optimized queries and reduced index time from weeks to 24 hours.

Design efficiency

Building a modular design system enabled us to iterate faster and maintain consistency across multiple product versions.

0-to-1 everything

As cofounders, we handled everything from product strategy to infrastructure to design. This required wearing multiple hats and moving fast.

What I learned

  • How to build and lead 0-to-1 products in fast-moving markets
  • The importance of user research when market conditions are uncertain
  • How design systems create leverage for small teams
  • The value of cross-functional skills in early-stage startups
